How To Reset Your Brother MFC-7360N Toner Counter

Follow the instructions below:

Step 1 – Open the front cover of your Brother MFC-7840W/MFC-7360N/MFC-8480 where you can access its toner cartridges.

Step 2 – Press the Clear/Back button and wait till its screen showed a dialogue “Replace DRUM? 1. Yes 2. No”

Step 3 – Do not type in 1 or 2, instead type in *00 on the keypad and then it will show the word “accepted”.

Step 4 – Close the front cover of your printer, thus it is now reset and you can continue working on your print jobs.

Now the last thing to do is to close the front door/panel, and allow your printer to initialize for a moment or so.
If everything work out just fine, your toner counter is successfully reset.
